The plant consist of three production lines:

     1-Line for  production of 8mm diameter wire rod:

• This line produce oxygen free high conductivity copper wire rods. Which are used as input material for production electric wire and cables.
• The line consists of and upward continuous casting machine with four coilers.
• Wires produced are according to British standard 4109 C103 and ASTM specifications B1,B2,B3,C102000.
• Dia. Of wire-rod produced = 8mm.

 2- Line for production of rods, billets and strips:

• This line consist of two melting furnaces, continuous machine, in line milling machine and accessories.
• Total capacity for each furnace-approx 2.5 ton.
• Melt output = approx 1.5 tons /hr

3- Rolling Mill for copper strips:

* This line processes the above strips into strips with , this thickness  using cold rolling   and finishing process with fully automatic system

• Final strips thickness :;

Max . Final thickness =  2.0 mm

Min . Final thickness = 0.5 mm

• Strips are produces in coils with max . coil weight 4000kg.

The plant produces :

1/8 mm diameter rods.

2/ copper and copper alloy strips (400 mm weight 4000Kg )

3/copper billets (30,60 & 100mm ).

4/copper coils of 1-5 tons strips).
